A grown-up may enter an optional child nickname to personalize the app. We may also receive limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, plus information a grown-up voluntarily provides through support, feedback, or email. We do not ask children for an address, phone number, or other direct contact information.
How do we use information and protect children?
We use information only to personalize requested features, operate and troubleshoot the service, maintain security, respond to grown-up support or feedback, and improve Jesus & Otters. External links are protected by parent gates. We do not use behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information. We do not claim to operate a formal verifiable-parental-consent system.
Can I review what information my child has shared?
Yes. As a parent or legal guardian, you may review, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about your child at any time. Email us at hello@jesusandotters.com.
How do I ask you to delete my child's data?
Email hello@jesusandotters.com with your deletion request. We'll remove the applicable personal information from our systems and confirm once it's done. It's your call, and we're here to help.
Where is my child's information stored?
Information is stored on secure servers, with access limited to those who need it to run the service. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We don't sell or rent any personal information, ever.
Do you create profiles of my child?
No. We don't build behavioral profiles or use data for targeted advertising. We only use what's shared to provide the stories and activities your family enjoys. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the service, and only as needed.

External services and third parties
Our website or apps may include links to external sites, including a shared Printify store for physical merchandise. These links are parent-gated so children don't wander off on their own. When you buy physical goods, that purchase is completed through Printify and governed by Printify's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Trusted service providers that help us operate the site only see what's needed to do their job.
